The PEAK Centre Active Lifestyle Program  is perfect for helping you  improve your overall health and fitness including:

Although not designed for competitive sport, many who have completed the Active Lifestyle program go on to complete some of the Peak Centres’ specific sport programs like Running, Cycling, and Triathlon.

  • Activity and health-specific fitness screening
  • Fitness training profile development
  • Individual specific monthly training plan design
  • Unlimited phone and e-mail support
  • Facility access (Ottawa location)
  • Nutritional counseling
