Dillon’s Fitness Test Results

After five months of rigorous training with Peak Centre, Dillon has made significant improvements in various fitness metrics:

  • Sprinting (Maximum laps in 2 minutes): Increased from 16 laps to 18 laps
  • Maximum Pushups (in 1 minute): Improved from 55 to 60
  • Medicine Ball Toss (5kg): Enhanced from 230 inches to 248 inches
  • Maximum Body Weight Squats (in 1 minute): Boosted from 74 to 80
  • Wall Sit to Failure: Extended from 2’10” to 2’30”
  • Planks to Failure: Increased from 2’ to 2’30”
  • Standing Long Jump: Improved from 83 inches to 84 inches
  • Vertical Jump: Advanced from 18 inches to 22 inches
