Training sessions
Training needs are specific to each individual. At the Peak Centre Ottawa (Kanata) we allow our clients to select the number of personal training sessions they wish to complete, when to use them, how often, and at what time and duration. This ensures that we can work within your time availability, budget, and training goal specifics.
Whether you are brand-new to exercising, are looking to become more comfortable doing resistance exercise and using common gym equipment, or are looking for some accountability with your training, we have a PEAK plan for you!
30-minute sessions
These sessions are suited for clients who are introducing fitness back into their life, are exercising for the first time, want a slower integration of exercise, or individuals whose time is limited for exercise training.
60-MINUTE SESSIONS
These sessions are geared specifically for individuals who have been exercise training but want accelerated results, or who have more lofty training goals.
