Peak Centre Academy is offering a month-and-half of focused training from our high-performance development coaches and staff. This program runs twice a week in the early afternoons throughout July to mid-August. Sessions will take place at both the Kanata Recreation Complex and the CARDELREC Recreation Complex (Goulbourn).

”Players can expect to put in a lot of hard work this summer,” explains Pat Malloy, Coach and Director of Hockey and Programming.  “As always, our ultimate goal is to improve a player’s overall game. In addition to focusing on game discovery, training will be guided by the proven physiological methods of our sports science team with long-term player development in mind.”

Like all of our programs, these sessions are built on a sound scientific foundation using the latest research on young athlete development and performance. Our training is designed to help your child reach their maximum potential in a supportive, fun and safe environment.

Those interested are invited to fill out and submit our Summer Sessions application form.
