Peak Welcomes Tamer Soliman!

Peak Centre is excited to introduce our newest team member – Tamer Soliman! He comes to Peak with an energy and enthusiasm for sport science and overall health that is evident the second you meet. Tamer Soliman (B.A Honours Kinesiology, Registered Holistic Nutrition) is excited to partner up with the Peak Centre team as a personal trainer and holistic nutritionist.  For 12 years he’s helped a variety of clients – ranging from beginner exercisers to elite athletes – to maximize their health and fitness goals. Tamer strongly believes that you cannot out fitness a poor diet, so his work is focused on supporting clients with both proper training techniques and personalized nutrition plans. Some of Tamer’s areas of expertise include performance training, sustainable weight loss, sports injury rehab, and general optimal wellbeing. 

By working with Tamer at Peak Centre, you will have the option of accessing advanced fitness and nutritional assessments through Peak’s High Performance Laboratory. These assessments give specific details about your current state of health, such as metabolic rate and body composition, in order to create a specific plan that will ensure results.

When not at Peak Centre, you can find Tamer playing tennis, lifting weights or buying fresh produce at one of Ottawa’s great farmers markets.
